I was curious to know my wrath quotient. As usual, this is just a short quiz that I answered for fun. I know wrath will not do you good. Jealousy...jealousy..

I myself is also wondering what is going on with the contestants of Miss Puerto Rico Universe pageant. I read the news lastnight and I am glad that the beauty pageant organizers were investigating this now as to who doused a contestant Ingrid Marie Rivera's evening gowns with pepper spray and spiked her makeup, causing her to break out in hives. She manages to keep calm and was composed before cameras and judges throughout the competition but they said that at the backstage, she had to strip off her clothes and apply ice bags to her face and body, which swelled and broke out in hives twice. It was done twice to her and pageants officials are now investigating. Could this be due to some jealousy?

Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving Day! I am just happy and I feel so blessed for everything I have and for everyone around me. Every year, 4th day for November, US celebrates Thanksgiving Day. Although I am thankful everyday, for another day, I am still glad that there is one day where everyone and their love ones gather and celebrate, most of the time enjoy dinner together with Turkey as the star of the dinning table and other yummy foods. It is a great feeling to see everyone spend great time together, away from the busy schedules with our works and other stuffs and this day is just for fun.

Do you meditate? Nowadays, the world is spinning out of control. It is harder to find the haven of beauty and love anymore compared to centuries ago. With our world so chaotic, we need more peace inside us, feel more relaxed and happier to go on living.

I have learned that meditation would help us balance ourselves in terms of our emotional state, mental and physical even our spiritual being. It helps us let go of the stress surrounding us and become more aware of our life. It helps us clear our thoughts and activate our cosmic energies, making us more positive in our everyday dealing with others.

I wonder what will happen when everyone will give up hope in their lives? When life shower them with storm and heartaches and pain? When he will lost that belief that there will still be a positive outcome of the events and circumstances in his life? Surely, life would be a sad place to live. No music, no smiles, no laughters, no joy. Maybe then everything is dark and disappointments...maybe love will die too. I sure would not want to see that event. I wish to see a happier environment filled with love and laughters, the sharing of joy and sentiments, the loving care not only from love ones but from other people. These are the things that makes the world happier, these are the things I wish to exist more and overcome the sadness that heavy hearts feel.
