Do you meditate? Nowadays, the world is spinning out of control. It is harder to find the haven of beauty and love anymore compared to centuries ago. With our world so chaotic, we need more peace inside us, feel more relaxed and happier to go on living.
I have learned that meditation would help us balance ourselves in terms of our emotional state, mental and physical even our spiritual being. It helps us let go of the stress surrounding us and become more aware of our life. It helps us clear our thoughts and activate our cosmic energies, making us more positive in our everyday dealing with others.
